Whether you're stopping for a quick coffee or settling down for an evening of food and drinks, make sure you pay a visit to Bugibba Square during your holiday to Bugibba. The resort's main square fronts right onto the promenade in the centre of town. With stunning views out to sea, it's the perfect place to relax and gaze out across the sparkling Mediterranean waters. There are plenty of benches in the shadow of tall palm trees where you can enjoy the view, whilst ohers are unshaded, ideal for feeling the warm sun on your face.
Around the back and sides of the cobbled square you'll find a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants, which are open right through the day. Go for a quick bite at breakfast before making your way down to the beach, or pull up a chair as the day draws to a close. Watch the sky change colour above the sea in front of you, as you sip a cool drink and wait for your dinner.
Leading away from the back of the square is the Piazza Walkway, which is full of more bars and restaurants, as well as plenty of shops. You could easily spend the whole afternoon in the area looking for new purchases and trinkets, such as handblown Maltese glass. Then choose a spot in the square as the atmosphere gets livelier in the evening.
After spending some time in Bugibba Square, stroll along the promenade to soak up the views out towards St. Paul's Island and across the bay. Make your way to Perched Beach for an afternoon in the sun, stopping at the fun-filled Bugibba Water Park on the way so your little ones can have quick play.
