Go for a stroll along Bugibba Promenade and soak up the relaxing atmosphere and stunning sea-front views.
The promenade runs along the coast connecting spots like Bugibba Square, Bugibba Water Park and Perched Beach, as it heads towards neighbouring resort Qawra. After having a coffee in Bugibba Square, wander along the promenade as you enjoy the view of St. Paul's island to your left.
You'll reach the Bugibba Water Park in just a few minutes, where your little ones can have some fun shooting water cannons and getting soaked by the fountains. Or just before that there's a mini golf course where you can spend an hour practising some crazy putts.
When it's time to move on, grab an ice cream from one of the cafes across the road from the water park, then continue along the promenade. You'll get to the manmade Perched Beach almost straight away, or you can stop at one of the water sports centres and book an action-packed adventure.
Continuing along Bugibba Promenade, there are plenty of benches where you can sit and admire the view. See the Mediterranean sparkle in front of you as you stop pull up a chair at an open-air bar and order a drink. The promenade heads west towards the Malta National Aquarium, and a gentle stroll from Bugibba Square to the aquarium should only take around 15 minutes.
After visiting the aquarium, continue along the seafront until you reach Qawra, or head back along the promenade to Perched Beach for an afternoon in the golden Maltese sunshine.
