Italy nightlife

From lively clubs to cool bars and pubs, nightlife in Italy caters for all tastes and wants. Many of Italy's main cities have their own “It” place to go to where you can expect fantastic food, cocktails, wine and parties into the early hours. Immerse yourself in a unique nightlife that varies season-to-season.

During summer, tourists fill out the beach town clubs with Riccione and Rimini being a popular choice. Tuscany's Forte dei Marmi also has a reputation for superb nightlife that comes alive during the summer. Take a look below at some other fantastic cities to party.  

Rome

Italy nightlife is usually centred around food and wine and Rome is no exception. Piazza Navona is sprinkled with chic cafes and wine bars, and if you are looking for discos, clubs and salsa bars, then head to Rome's Testaccio area. Ostiense also offers an excellent choice in nightlife hotspots, with Vinile and Centro Storico leading the way. K-Club are also popular with both tourists and locals.

Milan

Florence

Space Club offers something for everyone, while The Blob Club features traditional Italian music in its art-house building. Florence nightlife really gets going after 11pm, and Mayday Club and YAB are popular choices for dancing the night away with your nearest and dearest.

The Friends Pub is the ideal choice if you fancy chatting away while listening to live music. The Lion's Bar is a lively Irish pub, while Harry's Bar is a sophisticated and classy spot favoured by locals.  

Venice
