Arrived at the hotel getting exactly as was described. If you can get past the area you will not be disappointed. It’s very modern, clean and welcoming. The staff were really helpful. We arrived early but they found us a place to change and we could leave our luggage so we could go off and make the best of the rest of the day. The young man who was on the morning shift each day did well at helping with what to find in the city to do. Gennaro was on in the afternoons and again was very helpful. He booked our taxi to get us back to the airport so we didn’t have to worry. He took time to chat with us to make sure everything had been ok with our stay. Both staff members were very respectful of our privacy but also made us feel able to ask for help if we needed it. Thank you so much

My husband and I needed somewhere in Naples to stay ready for our flight early the next morning. We had previously booked elsewhere but after reading their reviews we chose to find somewhere else. We came across Buono BnB and from the second we arrived we were warmly welcomed in to a modern, but homely environment. It is more like a hotel than bnb. The staff are so friendly and welcoming!! The room was modern and clean. There’s a great outdoor space if you want to sit outside and relax. Highly recommend staying here if you need somewhere for he airport or close to the centre itself.

We were late arriving due to a delayed flight but phoned Zak and he was great! He arranged car-parking with a very friendly neighbour and our room was perfect-new and spotless. Very good breakfast too. Near the airport and very good value. If you want a good value,we’ll-located spot in Naples,Buono is bellisimo!
