Very good position to enter Florence

Was not my first time in this hotel and I would say it is improving my appreciation of overall quality. Not a large hotel but employees and management are very kind. Been very close to the train station there are a lot of people in front of the hotel and during the night was quite noisy at the time of the last bus pick up.

The staff make this hotel a great stay. The room was lovely but also very warm. The windows open to cool things down but mosquitos made us close them. A small annoyance to an otherwise lovely stay, conveniently close to the train and a short walk to enjoy the city.

We planned a weekend trip to Florence, we arrived late on Saturday night. The hotel is very close to the train station and not too far from all the sights. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had lovely decor. It was great value too. The staff are exceptional, the hotel has a welcoming front desk and staff in the lobby were also accommodating. The host at breakfast was so warm and friendly. She made us freshly made pancakes and breakfast had a good variety. Check out was at 11AM but our train was not until 6PM, the front desk kindly offered to look after our bags as we explored Florence. It was a wonderful stay, we wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!
