A lovely, welcoming hotel with great staff

A really lovely hotel. The front is very unassuming but inside is a friendly, welcoming team and lovely atmosphere. The staff were very attentive: don’t miss out on the SPA treatments which were very nice and great value!

A nice hotel in Sanur area

A nice hotel in Sanur area, close to the east beach where you can see sunrise. Really nice personals, good breakfast. They have also a nice swimming pool. Wanna come again if I have to stay in Sanur.

The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel. In my opinion it is far from that. 3 star, not more. Stayed in Bali for 3 weeks in 5 different 4 star hotels, and this is absolutely the worst one. Staff makes one feel like “just another customer” - in the other hotels I felt “special”. And so did the other guests there. Not much good to say about the rooms except they are huge - but they feel cold and not cosy. Daily housekeeping was not efficient - found a cotton bud (used) next to my coffee making facilities - and several times I had to ask for things they forgot to fill up in the room: towel, shampoo and toilet paper. Breakfast is boring. 3 out of 4 days lack of sunloungers at the pool, and the staff seems not to care of guests are “reserving” the few loungers available. Would not come back even I got a free stay there.
