Comfortable furnished studios and apartments, with full equipped kitchen, private bathroom, balcony in a recently constructed building on the cozy Corvin walkway. The stylish neighbourhood offers wide range of possibilities for visitors like shops, restaurants, coffees, clubs, bars of this tastefully renovated part of the city. The grand boulevard is approximately 4 minutes on foot, where you can easily reach all parts of the downtown. The blue underground line is also on the corner. Hotel's nearest underground station: Corvin Negyed. Reception is located in BC staircase 207 (2nd floor 07 door). Entrance is next to LIDL supermarket. Our reception is open between 9am and 4pm, please inform us if you arrive later. 4% city tax and 15€ cleaning fee has to be paid on arrival (The price depends on the type of the room). We offer baby set for our smallest guests for 8€/night (limited, please inform us in advance if you need one). All apartments have air-conditioning, the use of it costs 8€/day. Safe usage in the apartments is free (ask the code at the reception).For your whole stay we are asking 70 EUR deposit. If you use garage for the parking card 30 EUR deposit, and if you ask for air-conditioning for the remote we ask 20 EUR deposit. These fees you are going to get back at check out if thee is no damage in the apartment and no lost tools(key, garage card). If you arrive after 16:00 o'clock (4:00 pm), please let us know in advance, and our receptionist will wait for you.
