I'm having a bad experience in this hotel the people who work in that hotel are thick the hotel is not what it looks in the picture my room and old man the daily meals are the same and i think the leftovers from the previous day in the part of making meals the cats are walking on the floor and sometimes they climb on the tables roosters hens walking outside the hotel the spa is not working this is a misleading advertisement if they closed because of the covid 19 they should have warned me because i paid and i am not using a bad experience and counting that it is a hotel far from everything here and in the middle of nowhere almost half an hour to reach the center of zanythos do not come to this hotel

We complained on the day of arrival, day 1 and day 2 until we realised we were to be ignored. We received the following from the hotel; extremely poor he Palazzo Di Zante have provided us with the following statement: “Mr XXX booked a Standard Twin room, with a pool view. This is room he received. Mr XXX’ room is with a pool view, located on the upper floor, it is completely fine and we do not have any complaints from other guests. There were 2 other guests complaining whilst we were at the front desk Our housekeeping team works fine on schedule and always we constantly provide clean rooms. It is not possible that the toilets and spa are not clean and this is not acceptable to accuse us of this. Toilets and spa are in a terrible state with tiles broken and drains blocked There are steps, there are 3 lifts operating inside of our hotel and also it is a matter of choice to use stairs or to use the lifts. The lift by reception was broken and looks as though it has been broken for months In any case our technicians can fix every problem the same time it is been reported, but the guest is getting confused because we informed him that our hotel has engineers and we are informing them straight away if there is some kind of damage to be fixed. However, with security issues when they do happen we are very careful. Not true Pool and sea towels are rented and when the guest deliver them back, they get the money back. We purchased towels There is a big question as to why the guest never reported any issues other than the room type – for his whole stay. Where is the evidence, why did he wait till he got back to the UK. We complained on arrival, day 1 and day 2, we emailed our rep and saw no one"! If someone does not like anything at all they do not stay, use the facilities, and then ask for money back. Where else could we have gone, we asked to be moved but were again ignored As we do not offer free vacations, no compensation will be accepted." Great customer service, not even an apology

Another amazing holiday here

Just returned from our second holiday at this hotel this year, never been back to the same place twice before but this was an exception. Staff so welcoming, so very well looked after by Thomas and George in the restaurant, they couldn’t do enough for us, food fantastic, so much choice at every meal. Room always cleaned while we were at breakfast, maid service great. Nice to be able to use all facilities in the three hotel complex, lovely beach 5 mins away with small charge for sunbeds, Entertainment excellent, lots of effort put on to trying to please many nationalities. Hope to return again it was that good
