Ilaria hotel is a quiet and beautiful place. Big garden, trees, flowers and nature all around. Food is fresh and very tasty, and I fell in love with desserts! Perfect room cleaning every day, and staff was very nice and friendly.

Beautiful garden, nature all around you when staying at Ilaria hotel. Very very clean, comfortable bed with white as snow cotton linens and towels, amazing breakfast and dinner, such good cook with homemade products. The staff will do their best to accommodate you. They are really good people. Wonderful 5 minute walk to the best sandy beach ever! This is for people who like quiet! For entertainment you can go to Laganas or Kalamki. Either one is walking distance. The hotel has a rustic charm. Book it if you don't care so much about modern rooms and such, but about being extremely clean and comfy

Lovely hotel for the price

Me and my friend (aged around 30) stayed at this hotel for a week. It is set upon beautiful grounds and the pool is beautiful. The staff are so good and are very helpful. The breakfast was poor for the british there wasnt even toast so we rarely had breakfast at the hotel after the first couple of days. There are a lot of wild cats so if you dont like cats then a heads up as I am a cat lover but they were not very friendly and very territorial. They literally hissed at us and chased us when we walked past on an evening. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk to laganas. It is on a main road with no lights or pavement. I didnt feel particularly safe walking along so we tended to get the bus. Laganas is full of 18 year olds so avoid there unless you like young drunks. We ate in kalamaki which was 8 euros each way but lovely restaurants. Zante town is also a nice place to visit on an evening and this cost us 1.80 euro each way for both of us. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The pool was beautiful however it was infected with wasps. Ive never been anywhere where there has been so many round the pool. There was plenty of sun beds so no early start required! Pool snacks and drinks were minimal but we got a cheap deal so we cant complain about that. It did the trick for the week and its in a peaceful location. The hotel is 4 stars which in comparison to others I wouldn't agree. This hotel could easily become a 5 star if the owners wanted to as there is so much land! It would benefit from having a shop on site. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Overall a lovely place to stay for a week if you get a cheap deal!
