Winter is the wettest season, but it’s still mild at this time, with temperatures rarely dropping below 10°C throughout the season.

Wine Festival: Sample all kinds of wine at the Mastichari wine festival in August each year. Just a short distance from the resort, this traditional and cultural festival has lots of music, dancing and, of course, wine.
Hippokrateia Festival: Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, was born in Kos in 460 BC and each year Kos celebrates with a cultural festival. Featuring concerts, performances. workshops, traditional dancing and children’s activities, this is a great experience in July and August.
