A total retreat! Beautiful place

We stayed here mid Sept for 5 nights as we needed to get away from it all, daily stresses, work and so on. What a place to do all that! Peaceful, well looked after, idyllic. Sophia is a great host who looks after the 9 rooms well. They are all very clean and quite large, with safety deposit box included. The pool area was spotless too. The whole premises were close by enough to Tavernas and the beach so there were options to eat and have a change of scenery, yet far enough away to be remote and quiet. If you want peace and tranquility then this is your place. Sophia said its obviously busier during July/August but even then that'll probably mean a couple more sun loungers are in use, rather than just the 2 or 4 used mid Sept! Breakfast was continental and hit the spot. Plenty of choice. Location is great. Local mini market 5 mins walk away. 15 mins walk to beach were Tavernas are too. Thank you Sophia for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend!

The Villa dei Sogni was absolutely beautiful. Sophia was so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned every day and breakfast was always spot on. It was very quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. Surrounded by beautiful mountains. Thank you Sophia for making our stay so wonderful.

Unwinding in beautiful Katelios

We wanted a completely chilled and relaxing ten days away and have just returned having achieved exactly that at the gorgeous Villa Dei Sogni, which is managed by lovely Sofia. After a 35/40 minute airport transfer we arrived into total tranquility and were shown to our ground floor room, which was perfect for us, clean and plenty of space. Rooms were cleaned daily. Air con (paid for this), free safe, kettle etc, hairdryer, fridge, ceiling fan, it was all there, along with an outside terrace with table/chairs and a washing line. Quick unpack and off to the pool area, lots of sunbeds, beautifully clean pool, very quiet, two large cold beers and a plate of Meze and our holiday had started. Sofia provides a buffet breakfast and is open for snacks and drinks til 5pm If you are looking for a lively pool area this is not the place for you - this is just a total chilled out area to snooze, float, eat and drink - there were never more than eight or nine of us round the pool at one time, with plenty of sunbeds and hammocks, it really was the place to unwind. No music or staff asking you to play water polo or dance to the Birdie Song! Walk down to the sandy beach approx 10/15 minutes, just a few pebbles as you walk into the clear waters, then you can see your feet all the way out! Sunbeds provided free by most of the beach front tavernas, providing you ate or had a drink there. Evenings were spent either close to our accomodation - two/three local restaurants serving delicious food with great service, or a stroll down to a beach front taverna, so many to chose from - tables on the sand, best Moussaka I have ever tasted and fabulous local wine. Nearest mini-supermarket a few minutes from Villa Dei Sogni selling all the basics. Sofia has been at Villa Dei Sogni for 20 years and she has all the local knowledge and can answer any questions you might have. We went to Katelios for a rest and we certainly got it at the Villa Dei Sogni -- highly recommend and we will return!
