I booked this hotel in July through love holidays. I unfortunately this was a terrible experience the room was not fit for purpose. The hotel said they could move us to another room 24/48 hours later. The toilet door had no handle and was warped so couldn’t even close over which meant by daughters bed stared straight into the toilet. The room was on the lowest level and looks straight at a wall. Greece is wonderful and Koutouloufari is beautiful and I will go back to the village. However avoid this place. I had he held off to see if the hotel or love holidays would compensate however to no avail. So I am now writing this review. We checked out and booked elsewhere. Please avoid. I am attempting to load video of room that was passed fit for our arrival but struggling to do so if O can manage this I will add it also.

Visited by chance and what a surprise! Service friendly and excellent food. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, recommend the sharing mixed seafood plater for two - was delicious and plenty for two! Cannot recommend enough! Will be back before we leave Crete. If your in town highly recomend. No pressure to move on so enjoy your evening out

Really good food,big portions, good prices,nice staff. We enjoyed our evening, the boss gave us some cocktails,some raki ,some watermelon and some icecream to the kids as a gift from his side, but ,as I said before, I recomand for their sevices, not for the gifts .
