The Samaria Gorge is one of the must sees on the island. You will find the gorge south of Chania on the west side of the island. It is 16 kilometres from one side to the other. Our excursion will take you to the north side of the gorge and you will walk down the gorge towards the sea, where a boat will be waiting to take you back to Sfakia. Knossos is a must see when you love culture and history. This palace from the Minoan time era is over 4000 years old and the best preserved on the island. A tour through Knossos will take about 2 hours as the palace is so big. After Knossos, the tour will take you to Heraklion the capital of Crete, where you will receive a city tour and have some free time to explore the city. Then also offered is our jeep safari, which will take you into the Dikti Mountains, with its famous Lassithi Plateau. This plateau is famous for its windmills and farms.
