Charming hotel with room for enhancement

Though the intention is to position this hotel in a Boho, Boutique style, the result isn’t optimal. The staff is kind and thoughtful but many technical glitches downgraded the experience. The warm water wasn’t running in my room and they kindly offered access to another room’s shower. There was no water kettle, coffee / tea in the room. The breakfast was below average. The positive point was the cleanliness of the room.

Could not be happier with these accommodations!

We chose this hotel for our last night in Greece due to it’s proximity to the airport. What we found is a secret little gem! It is like stepping into Bali. The hotel is decorating great and the staff could not be more accommodating. I can’t quit taking pictures! The breakfast is minimal but sufficient. If you want more there is a bakery across the street. Don’t let the location fool you , our room was very spacious with separate rooms for the toilet and walk in shower. Our room also had a large round tub and a couch. You cannot beat this place for the price. I also found a couple items for purchase in the boutique.

Poor location, poor experience

Paid for a signature suite but was given a standard room. Unfortunately there are no staff available in the hotel after 10pm to assist. Disappointingly the hotel has since refused to refund the difference between a signature suite and standard room. Hotel photos do not make it obvious that it is located in an industrial area. Lobby nicely decorated and gardens very nice but a real shame similar attention was not given to customer service or the decoration in the rooms.
