Hi Firstly I want to address these moaning people who say the food was poor, crap ect. Gambia is a 3rd world country yet all the food deliverd whilst we were there was fine. Every day there was a different selection for every ones tastes. These people should book a 5 star hotel next time as I'm sure they were staying a In a 3 star at sunset. Lamin the head chef tried his best and delivered some cracking foods, may not be to every ones,but the selection was enough for all taste buds but it was fresh & he & the other kitchen staff get HUGE thumbs up from us. The bar staff , waiters were all fantastic never not having a smile on their faces despite some people moaning over slightest things. Yes they may have run out of a certain bottle but the choice was fine plus they had just had bank Holidays in their country! The pool staff always on hand , same as the gardening staff all off them had smiles and couldn't do enough to make your stay any better. The location for us was just perfect , beech was great and we have a total relaxing holiday. Bungalow room was fine and didn't have any issues. If I had to say one thing we didn't like was moment you went onto the beech you were jumped on with locals trying to sell you something, but this is their only way for some to survive out there! Even when they did you didn't feel threatened or unsafe. Entertainment was a little poor but we was there for a relax and not partying, shame they never put the Nightingales band on for new years eve as the female singer could sing very well !! To end of our holiday report, thank you to all the staff, all of you deserve a medal dealing with these people who probily moan about the toilet paper. You guys made us so welcome & we will defiantly be back. We payed less than £1400 for a weeks all inclusive Plenty of sunshine, great food, good selection of drinks. Thank you sunset beech. Shocking food

The best thing about this hotel, is the staff. So friendly and will do anything for you. The management are a complete joke! Don't know what they are doing. The produce manage, is arrogant, won't listen talks over you, and walks away from you. We were booked into the apartments. Nothing like what is shown in the brochure. We asked to be moved. Which we was the next day.we were moved into the bungalows. We were told by the management that this was a down grade from the apartments. The food on the all-inclusive, was dreadful and not covid friendly. When we arrived the hotel was very quiet, so we could order of the menu. This food was satisfactory, although you did have to wait awhile. As with all inclusive holidays you wear a rist band. Every time you went to the bar, or asked for anything, you was asked what your room number was. One couple asked for extra napkin's at lunch time, even the they was asked for room number. Christmas Eve gala was spot on. As for entertainment, they was barely any. One one day the hotel ran out of some drinks and food. We had to go out and buy out own. As for the TUI rep, words fail me. Although he said all of our concerns would be raised with the management. We found out this was not the case! If we was to stay at this hotel again, it would be on a bed n breakfast only. Let's hope that the management up their game.

The best staff ever but the management are a complete shambles, great 1st week then dreadful 2nd, the buffet food is a joke not covid friendly at all and after 10 days they stopped the al a carte, they ran out of so much food and drink one day that we had to buy our own drinks at the supermarket, and did not eat !!!
