I stayed here for around 11 months, hotel is very calm, with beautiful surrounding,rooms are clean & white, no smoking inside(smoke detectors are installed), rooms are fully equipped from hair dryer, TV, WiFi. Other advantages are bus stop in front also mini supermarket, free secure car parking in side hotel campus. This hotel have cloths washing & drying facilities, swimming pool, lift, vending machine, Air conditioned rooms, food & taxis ordering options. Finally reception members are very friendly, caring & speaks both French & English. Overall best place to stay in Toulouse for a business trip, travel & for international students.

Poor experience, awful customer service, dirty pool and more

I stayed here for two nights for a short getaway to visit Toulouse. It’s location can’t be disputed, it’s in the centre but just outside of it enough to be away from noisy traffic etc. The tram line or an Uber is very cheap in to the centre. The hotel itself appears ok from the outside, what you would expect from a budget hotel. However your staff could do with a polite reminder that it doesn’t take much to have some manners for your customers. I asked for some water and it was like I had asked for a three course meal. It seemed like it was too much for them, I didn’t feel welcome at all. On a separate occasion I asked for an iron and ironing board. The receptionist simply told me they are all rented out and there isn’t one available. Ok then... so they keep the ironing board for their whole trip? How long does it take to iron what you need? You advertise on your website that you offer an iron and board but this was too much to ask for. I only wanted to iron a few t-shirts so I didn’t look like a napkin walking around. There was no “oh we will save you one, or check later” simply a plain no. Poor. The breakfast was ok probably the best part about this hotel, it’s a small setting but gives you what you need for breakfast and cost me around £5 per meal, I’d recommend having it added on. The pool was green around the edges and disgusting. It needs a good clean, I saw the pool men coming in at 4am when I was leaving to go to the airport. It might be a good idea to have them clean it in daylight... because they are clearly not looking at the pool properly. The room was tidy and clean although my light was broken, it kept flickering all the time to my annoyance. I didn’t bother asking to have it fixed because the staff were rude. The room was very hot though so I wouldn’t stay here in the middle of the summer because you wouldn’t be able to breath. As it was I had to have the door open constantly as my room was like a sauna. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbour is doing/watching. It’s not great when you’re trying to get to sleep at 1am and can hear their laptop sound! Not even a proper TV and I could hear it. Overall I would not stay here again and I left a day early because I genuinely felt like it was too much for the staff to do anything for me. Avoid it!

On arrival no reaction on ringing bell we rang 10 times! No aircondition, windows can not open because of noise, ventilation shutters very dirty! The hotel room was clean only the ventilation bathroom and bedroom very dirty! Waist paper basket bathroom broken, living room waist paper basket (terrible) Toilet seat did not fit. Bed down was made of synthetic material, much to hot for summer use! We will never ever come back.
