My stay at Hôtel Rochester Champs Elysées in MAR2023!

The hotel was very warm and the crew at the Front Desk, specifically the Concierge more so. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable with three large windows for plenty of light and fresh air. Breakfast was adequate with a wide selection of 'everything'. Housekeeping was impeccable with the restocking of toiletries, fresh towels and making my bed. Excellent job, Hôtel Rochester!

Excellent location, less than 5 min walk to Champs-Élysée. Minutes away from Metro station so it was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady that brought coffee, water, tea refills to our room. Breakfast wasn’t included but available for 20€ / person. We opt to try patisseries and cafes in neighborhood. We would recommend for sure

Worst hotel staff. We stayed here for 6 days and after check out we receive a letter saying a glass was broken in the room and we have to pay 200 EURO extra. Manager of the hotel Mr. NITISH is rude, coy, not helpful and a clever man. He said that housekeeping staff checked it after your check out. Cleaning was done every day, nothing happened during our stay, we checked our room thoroughly before check out, everything was fine. NITISH made a false allegation against us and forced us to pay 200 extra. These guys con people and like making easy money. NITISH doesnt know how to speak with a lady and is the worst person i have ever met. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. THEY WILL MAKE A FOOL OUT OF YOU.
