the apartment is very clean. The staff is so cooperative and give me a good info when i asked anything (etc taxi or other transportion). It also near to halal food restaurants and only within walking distance and also near train station. Kensington park also within walking distance.

Great base to explore London

We are a family of four and this was a great base for us. Kitchen was basic but allowed us to do at least two meals a day at the hotel. The beds were really comfortable. Cleaning staff were great and towels were plentiful. The area is nice and clean and feels safe even walking at night with kids. Tube is super close as is a selection of restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. Would definitely recommend for families traveling to London trying to keep costs manageable.

Great location in quiet area

Good location in quiet street but with busy high street a short walk away that had supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy etc that was useful. Comfy beds, good shower, plenty of towels (although small and a bit thin/rough), clean and well equipped with crockery and cutlery, cooking facilities more basic than expecting (hob and microwave) but we ate out except for breakfast so wasn't an issue. Was cold when we arrived but we realised we needed to switch on the electric heaters and it was fine.
