Not a Five star resort!

Having stayed at several other Sensatori resorts, I decided on this resort as a surprise for my husband's 40th Birthday, As a nurse and radiographer we had worked tirelessly throughout the Pandemic and really needed a break and some pampering. Our room on arrival was not up to the usual Sensatori standard, there was no separate shower, the bath was completely dented and looked dirty, the room was very dated and in disrepair, the fridge was never cold, even after reporting this fault. The food was very bland and had nearly always run out. The drinks were always watered down even when we paid extra to have branded alcohol. There were never enough sunbeds around the Adults only pool, we quickly realised there were thousands upon thousands of white worms in the pool something I've never experienced before and hope never to again. There are a lot of slopes and stairs at this resort, even the pools have steps which aren't easily distinguishable due to them all being the same colour, we watched several guests make dramatic entrances to the the pools, The staff are friendly and work really hard, however we would never return to this resort and are now questioning Sensatori as a brand.

The hotel and grounds are very nice and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean, towels changed daily and fresh beach towels provided. The food isn't great at the buffet, breakfast is the worst, tried the restaurants they're definitely better but you need to book them as soon as possible to guarantee a place. 4/6 of us including me have returned home with a dodgy belly. The beach is nice, plenty of loungers and I'd recommend snorkeling at the end of the jetty There wasn't enough beds round the pool as people claimed them by 9am leaving towels on them Entertainment was poor Drinks were good and cocktails tasted ok.

Great Resort

My husband and I visited Coral Sea resort on 4th May for 11 nights. Absolutely loved everything about the resort, we had a swim up room which was fantastic and was just across the pathway to the beach. Food was excellent and we had a fabulous meal in the Italian, service was great. Ramy in reception was very helpful. Irina in customer relations was great especially when my husband had an upset tummy. Helmy was our room attendant, he was very caring and attentive and always made sure we had plenty of bottled water in our room. Mahmoud and Essam were always wanting to help making sure we had a good location around the pool. In fact all the staff were more than willing to help, without being pushy.
