Deprem nedenli iptal yapmadılar ||Although we were earthquake victims, they did not cancel

I am not satisfied There was a big earthquake in turkey. I was going to stay in the hotel two days later. Because of the earthquake, I wanted to request its cancellation, but they didn't answer the phone. They did not return to their e-mail addresses to explain this situation, but they did not refund the fee. memnun değilim türkiyede büyük bir deprem oldu iki gün sonra otele yerleşecektim depremden dolayı bu nedenli iptalini talep etmek istedim ama telefonu açmadılar mail adreslerine bu durumu açıklayacak şekilde ancak geri dönmediler ücret iadesi yapmadılar

After many years where we couldn't return through different reasons we returned. The changes that have been made are remarkable. For a peaceful relaxing holiday this hotel is excellent. The pool the zoo and Mr Murad the hotel artist with his paintings and drawings which you can join in excellent. The food and drink are tasty and plentiful. The staff are willing to help in any way possible. We had a wonderful holiday. We are so pleased we returned and we will be going back in May. Thanks to all the staff especially Mr Waled Mr Hatem Mr Murad and Mr Adam General manager. See you all soon. Mr David and Julie
