Makadi Bay – Weather
Makadi Bay has Egypt’s traditional desert climate where the weather is typically hot and dry and there’s little to no rainfall. The sun shines all year round, which means that you can have a pleasing holiday here even in winter, as the heat fluctuates around the mid 20s. Summer stretches from April to October, and reaches scorching temperatures of 34°C in July. The seawater is bath-like which means snorkelling and diving can be done comfortably. In the evening the temperatures do drop considerably but are still pleasingly warm.
