This luxury hotel offers a championship golf course on the highest point of the Soma Bay peninsula. It offers a large lap pool overlooking the greens, a private beach access and free Wi-Fi in public areas.Private balconies are standard in all rooms. Perfect banquet dinners, prepared by 26 cooks and served by very friendly staff....soecial note for Gerges Atef @ professional, friendly,quick ! Compared to understaffed gastronomy in Amsterdam a real relief !

Disappointed with the service, entertainment and location

I would like to rate the service in the gastronomy area in particular. Here we have found partly impossible behaviour of the employees. Apparently they are only interested in serving their regular golfing customers. Our order was forgotten in the Spikes bar. The third time we asked (-there were hardly any other guests there-) we were finally served this. When we wanted to order coffee in the afternoon, we were left standing for 5 minutes the first time (there were hardly any other guests). The second time we were told to come back in 20 minutes as they were too busy. That was our last encounter despite all inclusive. In the main restaurant we were served friendly on the first day. After the first tip (approx. 2 euros) this has decreased significantly. We were seated at various separate tables. Coffee was no longer offered at breakfast. On the final evening we were just ignored and the plates weren't cleared away. However, the golfing guests around us were served in the most friendly manner.

After visiting the spa probably 7 months ago, I came by again, and i really noticed the difference in many things, such as the aroma all over the spa, made me relax once I entered the place, the faces of staff were full of positive energy and warm welcoming, I had done Indian massage as I always do, but this time was really much better, the place is certainly upscaled from my previous visits, which encourages me to keep coming. Keep up the good work Folks. Only one recommendation is to have sort of transportation the Marina, May be golf car or shuttle bus for visitors please.
