A truly amazing experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure all needs are met. The water park is very beautiful and well maintained, the lifeguards are very entertaining. The shows at night are interesting. Yiraldy Robles and Martina

This was a excellent resort, well cared for with friendly staff who want to ensure you have a good time! Rooms were clean and modern, pools were well maintained, bar staff were attentive and entertainment crew was on the ball- fun, but not overwhelming. The Beach was perfect, with clean, soft sand. My husband, daughter (7) and I stayed in the premium suites and enjoyed every perk it offered. One of the best of which was eating both breakfast and lunch at The Grill, everyday. The food was great, the atmosphere was amazing, but what made this place stand out were the staff. William, Jorge and Ariel were most notable! They got to know us quickly, learned how we took our coffee, gave speedy service and were helpful and patient with us trying to speak Spanish! I would highly recommend a visit to this seaside restaurant during your stay.
