Where can you fly to from Liverpool Airport?

Most flights from Liverpool Airport are operated by budget airlines and fly to destinations across Europe. There’s also direct flights to Egypt, Turkey and Tunisia. 2024 has seen the launch of numerous new exciting routes. These include the Greek islands of Rhodes, Corfu and Kos, as well as some destinations that aren’t available from nearby Manchester Airport, such as the Lithuanian city of Kaunas. You’ll also now have more choice of dates and times when choosing traditional package holiday destinations, like Majorca, the Algarve and Tenerife.

How do I get to Liverpool Airport?

If you’re planning to drive to Liverpool Airport from the south be aware that the Mersey Gateway Bridge (A533) has a toll. This is not collected on the bridge, but can be paid in advance online or by phone, or within one day of crossing. 

Liverpool Airport doesn’t have a railway station. The nearest is Liverpool South Parkway, from where there’s a regular bus service to the airport. Liverpool South Parkway has direct trains to numerous destinations including Birmingham, Chester, Crewe, Formby, Manchester, Nottingham, Runcorn, Sheffield, Southport and Wolverhampton. There are also direct buses from the airport to Liverpool city centre, where you can connect to long distance coach and train services.

What are the Liverpool Airport parking options?

If you’re being picked up or dropped up there’s a short stay multi-storey car park, right next to the terminal. The main long stay car park is under 5 minutes walk from the terminal. Fast track and meet & greet parking options are also bookable through Liverpool Airport's website.
