Hotel Danmark is situated right in the middle of the Copenhagen Cultural District, mere steps from the Town Hall Square, Tivoli Gardens, the main shopping street Strøget and only a short walk away from the Central station. The area is one of the most beautiful in Copenhagen, reflecting the history of the city with colorful buildings, half-timbered houses and cobblestone streets.

Made up by two historical buildings, Hotel Danmark has reinterpreted classical elements in new innovative ways. One building is from 1792 and is now protected, therefore the façade is the original. The other building is from 1969 and have a completely new façade decorated with 4200 racing green tiles in three nuances, bringing a brand-new look to the neighborhood, yet still in line with the surrounding architecture.

The hotel interior is inspired by the world-known artist Thorvaldsen, this will in particularly be evident when you walk through the hallways where you will see a bright and sharp ultra-blue color on the ceiling, leading your thoughts to the sky. The front desk/lobby bar has a cozy yet creative vibe with its beautiful wooden panels and a big lamp specially designed for this area. Inhouse restaurant Tivoli Hallen serves up local cuisine and in the morning there is a nice organic breakfast buffet. The spectacular rooftop terrace lets you sit back and relax and enjoy the spectacular 360-degree skyline view covering the whole city. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the hotel and on a daily basis, during late afternoon, the hotel invites its guests to a glass of wine during Wine Hour.

The 88 rooms are spread over six floors and are all decorated with extravagant features and beautiful customized furniture in Nordic design. All room types; small double (12 m2), double standard (15 m2), double superior (18 m2) feature safety box, telephone, desk, hairdryer, coffee-/tea facilities, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. The Juniorsuite (30 sqm) includes an all-inclusive bar (a selection of drinks) and free parking. Two bedroom suite (50 sqm) includes an all-inclusive bar (a wide selection of drinks) and free parking. For the Grand suite (70 sqm) there is an all-inclusive bar and valet parking included.
