Marlita Hotel Apartments

Perfectly positioned in Pernera, Marlita Hotel Apartments are located adjacent to the golden, sandy beach. Anastasia Waterpark (open May-October) is situated next door, making it an ideal place for families to stay. Onsite there is an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a paddling pool for the smallest guests.

The buffet restaurant provides a quick and convenient way of eating. But when you want to indulge in regional cuisine the a la carte Greek and Italian options will wet your appetite. Those booking all inclusive will benefit from unlimited local beverages, ice creams, plus tea and coffee from 10am until midnight. After dinner you may choose to sit back and enjoy the evening’s entertainment. Table tennis and video games will prevent children (and big kids) from getting bored.

The air-conditioned rooms contain either double bed or twin beds and a separate living room area. Within the fully equipped kitchenette you will find a hob, cooker and microwave. Depending on your selection you will have a view of either the garden, pool or sea.

Within Pernera, there are further beaches and a wide range of restaurants, with options specialising in seafood. You can walk along the coastline promenade that stretches from Protaras to Perenera and enjoy a dip along the way.

Cyclops Cave, a 10-minute drive away, is well worth a visit. This isn’t the famous one referred to in Homer’s Odyssey, but it’s much quieter with fewer visitors. These caves also act as the starting point for a number of scenic coastal hiking trails. Venture a bit further down the shore and you’ll reach Cape Greco National Forest Park, offering further walking opportunities.

Ayia Napa is around a 15-minute drive from Marlita Hotel Apartments. Here, you shouldn’t miss the ancient monastery dating from the 1500s. Lovers of nature will want to head for Thalassa Museum, where you can discover the seafaring history of Cyprus. Currently, it’s the only museum of its kind in the Mediterranean region. Of course, Ayia Napa is world famous for its vibrant nightlife, meaning there’s always something to do here, whatever the time is.

Sleep Quality

Could be so much more!

Jun 2022 | Neanderdalia

This hotel could be so much more! Summary if you don't want to read the whole review: everything was good apart from inside of our apartment. We stayed in Block A in Marlita Hotel at the end of October. Marlita is part of a large hotel complex, with multiple bars, swimming pools and aquapark. It is right across the beach, has got beautiful sea / pool view - it made me smile every morning when I opened up the curtains. There are lots of different shops, restaurants and bars nearby. There are very nice sandy beaches both to the left and to the right and a lovely promenade alongside the shore. Just be aware that water in the sea was warmer than in the pool (freezing!). We stayed as all inclusive so we could book themed meals at different restaurants belonging to the same hotel chain, which we did: Mexican at Vrissiana Hotel was wonderful, we had the best experience ever - yummy food and impeccable customer service, 5*. There is a screen next to the reception where all bookings can be made. Food and drinks in Marlita were OK, the same things for breakfast every day, I enjoyed my eggs and bacon but we stayed only for 5 nights, if it was for longer I would have been bored with lack of diversity. Lunches and dinners were better and I definitely enjoyed my pinacolada! All the staff in bars and restaurants were nice and polite, some (Aistė  , Mixalis, Valent & Laura!) were amazing - thank you! There was kids disco every night, which my kids enjoyed (very energetic entertainment team), other than that no entertainment I  the evening other than 'live music' (bad). We used the aquapark and staff were really lovely there, kids (9&6) had lots of fun. The aquapark itself looks a bit tired and in the need of a good clean. Our apartment in Block A was on the first floor, it was very spacious and with lots of storage. And that's the only good thing I can say. Other than that it was really tatty and tired, ripped curtains, no mattress protectors (in the hotel, really??), stains on walls, bed, linen, dreadful shower curtain, hair everywhere, horrible mattress with springs I could feel on the surface - I could go on and on. That is such a shame because it could be such a lovely hotel, truly 4* family holiday place, just tidy it up! We visited in October 2019

Amazing wedding at the Marlita Beach hotel

Oct 2021 | Nicola T

Let’s start from the beginning. Receptionist Dimitria was attentive to all our guests, polite and could not do enough for our wedding party on arrival. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, yes a minor problem with our suite so unable to move until water fixed but as soon as it was we moved into the suite overlooking the Marquee where we were to marry. All our guests stayed in one block to remain nearby. The limousine to snd from the town hall felt special with Micheal driving expertly snd guiding us through the procedure/paperwork required. Carol the wedding planner was ‘awesome’ took away the stress of the day, planned to a perfect finish helped by all the amazing hotel staff. Photographer was clearly professional and made the experience cheeky and light hearted. Unfortunate one negative ‘ Cinderellas’ steam/dry cleaners stained my dress with no way of recouping hour before the wedding! The day was catered for perfectly from beginning to end, highly recommend the location, staff, wedding planner for a perfect day. Apart from wedding, cleaners, waiters/waiteress, life guards, managers, food exceptional ‘ as quoted your holiday is how you make it, not how someone else makes it!! Wonderful memories have been made and I will look forward to coming back to celebrate our anniversaries

Nice resort but many downsides

Jul 2021 | Teo038

It is our last day at this resort. We came here as a family of 4.It is a beachfront resort, the closest beach is rather rocky but still nice. We went all inclusive but I wouldn't recommend that. Foidod was quite repetitive with breakfast having the same options every day, lunch being mostly last nights dinner reheated. Dinner was pretty good most days. Rooms are definitely not 4 stars, rather 2/3 stars. Drinks are not the best. It is mostly a hotel for russian tourists, some of the staff barely speak English and the evening entertainment and activities are all un Russian. The attitude of the staff is sometimes annoying with us being checked for on a list at the entry in the restaurant at every meal, sometimes twice. Hasn't happened at any of the hotels with all inclusive that we previously visited. Il
