My experience with the hotel was very poor, considering it’s a 5* hotel. The hotel actively promotes its facilities. I enquired about the use of the facilities and was told (gym and leisure memberships are at all full capacity.) This does not seem true, since it is still actively promoted on their website and so these marketing materials are very misleading. What’s worse is that there are other hotel gyms in Limassol which are also popular, but don’t make these types of poor excuses. It’s a real shame as I was looking to spend a great deal of money in this hotel. Very disappointed.

My 12th stay and still my favourite hotel! Great beach, great pool, great indoor pool, great food, great rooms, great hygiene, AMAZING BUILDING! It's the best place on earth. They give you a kettle, milk, mugs and sugar and fruit, being topped up daily. Lobby is so pretty and families friendly. The rooms have a lovely view and showers in rooms can change colour! (this is embarrasing to say, but the showers are great for kareoke!)

I spent 2 night with my friend and had an amazing time. All the staff were extreemly nice and helpful and made our stay even better than we thought possible. Will recommend to all my friends and come again for sure!!
