Got cancelled by Wizzair airlines and they took us to this hotel. We was meant to stay here for 4 night with food. We got to the hotel and it was the worst hotel I’ve seen.it was dated and the rooms smelt we didn’t want to sleep on the bed or have a shower! It was dirty . Me and my partner decided to stay up and look for somewhere else due to it being late when they took us to the hotel. We managed to find somewhere for the next 3 nights so in the morning decided to go to the front desk to get the passports. The staff were so rude telling us to get out the room before 12 baring in mind they are being paid to have us 4 nights and we only stay for 1. They lady them came up to us and said Wizzair was only paying for 2 nights which I was confused and they took us they would pay but regardless I wouldn’t of stay another minute let alone a night. If airline cancels you or your looking at this hotel don’t I would even go and holiday if I had to stay here. Even the area looks ran down you would feel safe to walk outside.

What a lovely friendly run hotel Bedroom was lovely and clean overlooking the pool a short walk away from the beach and harbour All the staff friendly great friendly atmosphere Definitely recommend and stay again if you are on a budget Excellent value for money

I recommend this hotel to everyone. I stayed in this hotel for three weeks, almost like home. Delicous food, sweet landlord and employees, always greets you with a smile. Everywhere is clean and beautifully basic. Thank you, Cactus Hotel, for a warm welcome. I hope to meet you next year.
