London is a network of mini-cities within one big city and when it comes to London nightlife, each of the boroughs has its own personality and great places to go.

Head to Shoreditch in the east if you’re a creative type, or nearby Dalston if you’re a bit of a hipster. In the west there’s upmarket King’s Road and Notting Hill where the prices go up but the cocktails are undeniably fantastic. A London holiday isn’t complete without visiting Camden with its food stalls, rocker bars and iconic locations.

In the south, Brixton is rising up the ranks of cool again with its bars and clubs and some of the best live music around. Go to Clapham for a lively night out, or take things easy in Wimbledon and Richmond.

Right in the middle of it all you’ll find Soho, centre of the UK’s gay nightlife scene and full of must-see West End shows. Soho has so many unique bars that you’ll find it hard to choose and the atmosphere on the streets during the night will show you why it’s one of London’s best neighbourhoods for nightlife.
