If you’re looking for a holiday that perfectly combines the peaceful feel of a Caribbean beach scene by day with a lively and an entertaining vibe by night, then you can’t go far wrong with a holiday to Guardalavaca. Situated on the northern shore of Cuba, this stunning resort promises to give you a holiday that you’ll never forget.
If there’s one thing for certain, Guardalavaca sure knows how to do picture-perfect beaches. It is easily one of Cuba’s prettiest resorts, boasting endless stretches of pure white sand, glistening alongside the warm, clear waters. You have the beautifully shaded beaches of Guardalavaca itself, with its unmistakable lush greenery. But then head just 15km from the main resort and you’ll find the tropical paradise of Playa Pesquero, which is well worth a visit.
Guardalavaca is the place to be on a Sunday, when all the locals come out to party the night away. Throughout the week you’ll find a number of local bars and seafood restaurants to explore, especially around Guardalavaca Boulevard. During the day, while away the hours sipping a cocktail in a beach bar, or browse for souvenirs in one of the bustling markets.
Seeking out the best bargains at the local markets isn’t the only thing to keep you entertained whilst on holiday in Guardalavaca. The resort is great for those who want to spend their time soaking up the sun on its spectacular beaches. But it’s also great for water sports, horse riding, boat trips and much much more. You’ll be needing another holiday just to recover from this one.

Guests at Brisas Guardalavaca can get the snorkelling equipment free of charge at the water sports centre which is located on the beach area.
