Scuba diving or snorkelling

Cayo Coco is home to one of the largest coral reefs in the world, so don’t miss the chance to explore it on holiday. The depth of the reef ranges from two to 40 metres, so no matter what level of experience you have, there’ll be an option to suit you.

Whether you’re new to scuba diving or an expert, you’ll find a huge selection of dive schools to book your dive through. Many Cayo Coco hotels also offer the opportunity to try an introductory scuba dive in the swimming pool to see how you get on before committing to a full dive.

Snorkelling is also a great option for those who aren’t so keen on diving. You can easily hire your own equipment or head out on a snorkelling trip to the reef. And for those who prefer to stay completely dry, you can still see the colourful marine life on a glass bottom boat trip.
