This apartment complex is located within the pedestrian zone of the tourist centre of Los Christianos, directly beside the beach. Shops, restaurants, and bars can all be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Tenerife South Airport lies around 15 minutes away by car.

The small complex comprises a total of 23 apartments spread across five floors and offers lift access. It was renovated in 2004 and facilities also include a currency exchange facility.

All of the spacious apartments come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Further fittings provided as standard include satellite TV (charges apply), a hire safe, and a compact kitchen with a fridge, a microwave oven and a kettle. There is also a balcony or terrace, some of which offer sea views.

The complex is ideally located by the beach, where guests can try out a range of sporting activities. Sun loungers and parasols are also available for use (charges apply).
