aparts spotless...modern...only one bed change..and two towels change. food ok..allways something to eat...waiters and staff lovely..the swimming pool was nice,allways warm,and never crowded...club was half empty..such a shame...organization is dire. for entertainment and stage,,no one to help...even games tennis ect..was a non event.the big problem was the loud music rap..complained and that day ok..then off again.someone else must have said something cos the second week was good.mellow and quiet. for the money paid..was a bargain really.. and allways hot water...if undicided take a chance..if you dont enjoy..ask yoyurself why....

Ignore bad reviews, this is a 2 star hotel and the staff work very hard to keep it clean and can't fault them . left a plate with tips wrote on paper and change on it and our cleaners tided our rooms and washed up left it immaculate every time . As a family of 6, 1 a toddler there was plenty to chose from (can't see why people moan ). Maspalomas beach with shops and restaurants €4 in a taxi same with playa del ingules all the night life and shopping at the yumbo centre or beaches . Spar on site if you need anything. Free bus to the beach. Holiday world just a little walk away with bus stops to the towns and to aqualand and palmitos Park. 10 min walk to the market on Wed and Sat. €25 to Amadores beach ⛱ wow definitely recommend a beach day here Or you can take a bus . No they don't have entertainment on every night or kids discos but that really wasn't a problem for us as we went to the yumbo where there is plenty of stuff for everyone to do . All in all lovely place to be and hotel really deserves 3 stars

If you want a week relaxing and sun this is perfect Small complex Staff friendly Food: Always fresh Restaurant kept clean Seating inside and out Breakfast had lots of choices We don’t tend to do lunch Dinner , always a choice of fish and meat Cooked beautifully Lots of cold meats and salads Always ice cream and cake choices , fruit for dessert Please ignore bad food reviews, for a 3 star complex the food was great. We didn’t feel the need to eat out at all Usual all inclusive drink choices with great cocktails Apartments spotless with cleaning and new towels every other day Free bus from apartments to Maspalomas beach and great shops A short walk to holiday world with rides and great food and bars . Also bus stops here to easily get local buses to get to rest of island
