As per the recent reviews below i am in total agreement with all the negative comments on the hotel. We have just returned and i felt compelled to write this review which i would never do but our experience was more an ordeal with this hotel. Rude, unwelcoming, aggressive and frankly appalled by the customer service. We were a group of 6, 3 mums and our daughters skiing for a week in Borovets the hotel on the website looked nice and the rooms looked modern don't be fooled by the false representation of the pictures you see- it is not like that possibly one or 2 of the rooms but not ours!! We are easy going and can adapt to anything and if the place is nice and welcoming and staff are friendly that makes up for it however, on this occasion this was not the case and we witnessed terrible aggressive behaviour to other guests like i have never seen before. Honestly i was shocked at the behaviour of how we as paying guests were treated in this hotel and made to feel so unwelcomed i think any good review on this site has to be a fake one as our experience of staying at Hotel Moura was definitely a negative one. we were there for a week and saw first hand how they treat the majority of their guests .

A group of 3 mums and 3 teenage daughters We booked this through booking.com where we were asked the age of the kids by default and were given a price based on 3 adults and 3 16 year olds. When we arrived we were told very rudely that we owed money. They would not understand that we had no option but to specify the ages and therefore we paid what we were asked by booking.com. They made us pay additional money as their child policy was 12. They were extremely rude unhelpful and started our holiday off badly. Through the week they were increasingly rude and unhelpful the electrics kept shorting in one room and it kept happening. At the end of the week we were told we had to pay for billiards which we never used! Very grumpy rude and felt like we were being scammed for extra money.

Not like photos with rude aggressive staff

The photos they advertise are not representative of the actual rooms. The room was too small for two people to get ready at the same time. Towels were not changed every day…they were also tiny. The breakfast was inedible, seriously. Some members of staff were very helpful to be fair, they helped give directions and even take ski equipment to the room. But others were intolerable of groups and actually got pretty aggressive at times. I suspect they get a lot of male British groups and that has caused a level of resentment. Nobody smiles, zero customer service, the walk to the hotel was also very icy, I fell over and hurt myself.
