Lovely hotel

Food was great, decent entertainment for the family. Pool was absolutely freezing but big, waterpark on site good for the family. Staff were fantastic. Rooms are very clean. Sunny beach is not to far and you can get the bus for around £2

Starting with the positives The bar offered a range of drinks and the bartenders where reletivly easy to communicate with but not all off them where polite. However, the batatender Nazar was extremely polite, charming and made you want to go back and order more drinks from him. The two lady's at the snack bar Marina and Ola where also extremely polite and where easy to communicate with. The hotdogs and sandwiches offered where delicious. Also the ice cream was very nice with many flavour to choose from. The dessert in the main food court where also extremely tasty. The hotel had 3 pools (kids pool, larger pool and pool bar) which where well kept but the water wasn't very warm but on a hot day it was refreshing. The sheet and towels where changed regularly and rooms where kept clean by the staff. The hotel had lovely beautifully kept gardens. The beach was about 5 mins walk from the hotel and a lot of little souvenir shops and restaurants in the area not far from the hotel. Some negatives The hotel room was pretty small and was over packed with furniture. The rooms where extremely outdated and need work on. The bathroom floor would get extremely wet after showers and the drain wouldn't let the water out the shower quickly. Some of the staff was unpolite and hard to communicate with. Also one of the staff members shouted at a child for splashing then with water by accident. The food was nice but would repeat it self every other day/night. The animation program needs some work on as the activities would repeat everyday and some of the evenings activities where boring (bingo night). However, aqua gym was really fun but was the same every day. There was some fun evening activities to but they where only till 10pm and the music was also cut of most night even though it was supposed to run till 11pm. But the animation team thensleves where really nice. When going in the pool the lifeguards around the pool did an awful job as the would sit on the phones and just walk of and not make sure that you where safe. The sand which was all around the sunbeds was mostly covered in the ends of cigarettes as people would smoke anywhere and no one told then not to. Non of the pool staff bovered to clean the cigarett end off the sand.

Awesome hotel

I'm going to start with saying that the location of this hotel is great. It's really close to the beach and there are also many souvenir shops, markets and restaurants around the hotel. All the pools were clean and nice. The garden was well kept and beautiful. It was the perfect place for photography. Our rooms were always clean and the towels were changed regularly. The service staff were kind, but sometimes it was a bit hard to communicate, because they didn't speak English that well. I really enjoyed the snack bar with sandwiches and hotdogs. The main dishes could've been a bit better, but there was a lot to choose from and the desserts were delicious. The ice cream was great too and so were the drinks. I also have to appreciate the animation team. They managed to entertain not only kids, but adults as well and they definitely made our stay better. All the activities such as archery and water polo were awesome. Our stay in this hotel was much better than we expected.
