Great hotel - friendly lady receptionist - very informative - room was ready early but room was very dated but clean Use of hot tub was extra charge but was nice to use - not very big but wasn’t busy so ok - after that we went into bar - the bartender was so miserable I tried to speak but al I got was a grunt so maybe hotel needs to have a word Breakfast next morning was stone cold - toaster wasn’t working in fact I just had a piece of bread Overall nice hotel and maybe a little overpriced for what it was

Friendly reception staff. Room spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows Surprised to see an uncarpeted floor but it felt fresh and is easier to keep clean. Would've liked an information leaflet. Just small niggles really but a soap dish would be helpful in the bathroom. Breakfast choices were good but the cooked food was lukewarm to cold. Appreciate its not easy to keep food warm with people constantly opening the lid. Maybe it would be better to have separate containers for each dish. Overall though we had a good visit.

Had a four night stay at this truly pleasant hotel Excellent location with close walk into city... Staff extremely accommodating and polite ... Clean and comfortable room with balcony overlooking pretty view of cute Asian style garden situated in the centre of the building Lovely variety at breakfast
