THE WORST PLACE. DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Terrible customer service from Bien and management. I stayed here 22nd July 2022 for four nights and specifically requested twin double room but got given a double. When I came back downstairs to request to change my room the receptionist Bien said it will not be possible and I have to stick with it instead of finding a solution to this problem. A very lazy receptionist with no manners or professionalism who just sits in the office and plays video games all day. I even had to come back downstairs again for extra duvet and bedsheets. Upon arrival to the room I was staying in 408 was extremely messy and disgusting! The carpet, bedsheets, furniture was all stained everywhere! And Television remote was not working. I am very sure the stains on the bedsheet is a bed bug which looked like it had been squished. This is the worst service, I even paid extra €30 for late checkout but they still kept knocking on my door fifteen minutes early invading my privacy saying late checkout time is approaching. They will do anything to try and rush you to leave. I was promised a refund from Bien (lazy no good receptionist) and after two weeks I had to keep chasing them for my full refund but they deliberately refunded someone else which was not my name and then when I told them it’s the wrong person and not me, they refused to give me my full refund. I am now in the process of opening legal case against Diamanté suites for this shocking behaviour. Do not stay here! They have no customer service skills!
Nice room, could be better maintained!
Stayed here for a long weekend. Comfortable bed, good-size room. Some of the rooms face the back which is better - a garden view and peaceful. However, the room was let down by poor maintenance. The kitchenette was odd: on the one hand, well equipped with kettle, 2-ring hob, microwave and dishwasher, but on the other almost nothing to use! One frying pan, no saucepans. Mismatched crockery and glassware, not much of it, and some chipped. No chopping board, grater or anything else useful. The roller door over the kitchenette was broken and jammed at head height, so the cupboard doors couldn't open more than about 45 degrees. Worst of all, nothing to make coffee in! The carpet was badly stained in several places but overall the room was adequately clean. The door handle fell off as soon as we walked in, and several lights didn't work. Despite all that, the location (edge of pleasant residential area and with good transport links) and the comfortable bed makes this a 3-star review.
Worst hotel I have been in this year
First of all, no receptionist. There is a phone number to call, but everytime you get a voicemail explaining the mailbox is full. Entering the room, definitely not a suite, the carpet was full with stains. No pillows on the bed. The standard must be really low over here, because it smelled terrible in the room. The showerhead was dirty, the toilet too. We booked 3 nights, paid way too much for what we got. Not one day there was a cleaner. Not one day towels provided. Thank God we had our own towels. This doesn't deserve a star at all. Dirty dirty dirty.
