Wonderful staff and great location. The breakfast is good with superb views of the lagoon. The hotel is right on the promenade so a stones throw from the beach. Easy walk into the town where there are restaurants and shops. The rooms are small and parts of the hotel could do with some touching up.

Best hotel to stay in cala galdana. The beach is just a few steps away. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. The restaurant where there is the open buffet has amazing views. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet . The only bad thing is the italian restaurant was closed so for lunch we just had one choice .

Perfect October break with teenagers

We stayed for a week with our 15 yr old daughter and 17 yr old son during October half-term and had a fantastic experience. We don’t usually stay in large hotels but decided the location and facilities were what we needed to keep the kids happy - not easy at their age! We had originally booked two premium rooms with sea views, which whilst small were very comfortable, well equipped and had a stunning view over the bay of Cala Galdana. Following a problem in one of the rooms we had to move and were given an upgrade to two suites on the Level. These rooms are very spacious and extremely comfortable and have a large terrace overlooking the sea. The quality of the breakfast on the Level was excellent with a choice of buffet and a la carte eggs and porridge etc. The all day complimentary snacks and drinks were fantastic, perfect for grazing teenagers and going back for cocktails at sunset! We eat in the main restaurant on two nights where there was plenty of choice from the buffet and quality was good along with a good selection of local wines. On the first night we eat in Cape Nao which is on the ground floor overlooking the beach, great service but pricey compared to other restaurants in the resort. On-site facilities are excellent, our kids both used the gym several times, massages were great and both pools were fantastic with the option of being able to order drinks and snacks seamlessly through the guest app. Access to the beach was great and yes like others have mentioned the slope is steep but there are nearby steps which are very safe and even come with a foot shower to remove sand! We booked a horse riding trip one day which was fabulous and hired a boat from Monkey Boats in Cala Galdana which was fantastic for exploring the many beautiful coves along the coast. I work in hospitality myself and understand the current challenges with recruitment. Our overall impression was that the hotel is very well run, the service from all staff was first class and the entire hotel was kept spotlessly clean. I would like to thank the Management and all the staff for making our holiday very memorable, particularly as it was at the end of a very long hot season. Thoroughly recommended.
