The complex comprises 24 one-bedroom apartments on 3 floors without a lift. The apartments offer good quality accommodation. Facilities at guests' disposal include a reception with currency exchange service, car hire, safety deposit box hire and general information. The reception is open during the daytime and there is a 24-hour reception at hotel Sagitario Playa, only 50 metres away.<br/><br/>The holiday complex is located only 50 m from the beautiful beach of Cala Blanca and 200 m from a bus stop where guests can take the bus to Ciutadella (3.5 km). It is also about 200 m from the commercial centre (a small area with shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets). Mahon Airport is about 50 km away.<br/><br/>All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, kettle, mini-oven, toaster, fridge and more), full bathroom with hairdryer, ceiling fan, air conditioning (high season), a terrace, safety deposit box (payable locally), telephone and TV. Each apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room area. A maid service is offered 3 times a week.<br/><br/>There is a swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers. There is an evening entertainment programme (9.30 to 11.30 pm) which includes competitions, karaoke and live shows.<br/><br/>Follow directions to Ciutadella, you will pass by Alaior, Es Mercadal and Ferreries. Arriving in Ciutadella, turn left at the first roundabout, following la Ronda in the direction of Cap d'Artruix. Follow the signs for Cap d'Artruix until arriving at a roundabout with directions to Cala Blanca on the right-hand side. On the crossing in Cala Blanca turn right into a one-way street.
