Got this as a last minute replace, went with my 17&18 yr old children for a relaxing break. Could not fault the replacement hotel and very accommodating and friendly staff also made to feel welcome for the whole stay. The younger owner is a very respectful man and also the receptionist John from Manchester very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was nice , would 100% recommend this hotel as I am a very fussy person too who doesn’t go away a lot.

At first we’re unhappy with the room, once requested for a change it was done with no hesitation. Wide selection on breakfasts and hotel is in a peaceful part of the neighbourhood with only a 2 min walk away from the beach and restaurants/shops. Excellent customer service, especially from Lorena and John. Nice coffee. Nice drinks. Nice staff- they make it seem as if no request is too big to ask for.

Just back from my stay in this absolutely beautiful hotel from start to finish it was excellent! The staff were incredible so friendly & had answers to everything we asked ( e.g booking taxis, water park ect ), it was in a quite location but less than 5 mins walk into town, the pool was ideal, the bedrooms were nice ( no mini fridge which was a bit difficult as it was so warm) balcony was class!, breakfast was a buffet ideal for what you needed! I will 100% be back as it was a fabulous hotel and the staff were so nice!
