Lovely break
This was a long awaited holiday and didn't disappoint. We went half board as never done this or all inclusive before. Well the food certainly was more than i expected. It was lovely great choice and variety and always hot. We had a shared pool room which had the extra touch of a fresh flower arrangement and a bottle of cava on ice nice touch. Pool was always empty so could enjoy on our own many times. Nice patio with sunloungers . Beware the sun is constant all day so gets very hot on these patios as no shade. We mainly used adult only pool which was very peaceful. Couldnt pick one negative to be honest. Lovely time was had.
Beautiful in some areas and decent in others
We left today and would like to share our experience There were plenty of sour reviews. We are fussy and are very well travelled. So when we read it’s nowt more than a 3 star we was gutted. This isn’t the case. The family area is a 4star plus. The adults area is definite 5 star all the way. If you don’t have kids and can attend the adults area you are in for a treat. If you have kids and have to stay in the family section you will be happy. Swim yo bar great in both areas although much better in adults Food was great. I don’t eat at many 5 stars but was never left hungry All drinks are premium. No watered down rubbish. And they aren’t shy either. Most staff are amazing Rooms was nice They let you rent bikes for free There’s bars and restaurants out side of hotel but not much more. We came to magaluf for 2 days instead of returning home as it was very quiet up in sat coma. lovely deli/coffee shop Lots of ice creams Couple of bad points In al a carte we asked what vegetables was in the veg tempura. She came back and told me about the batter mix. I explained I needed to know what veg and she laughed and said I don’t know and walked off. After waiting ten mins in a quiet restaurant we decided to leave because it’s ridiculous that a restaurant can’t tell me the ingredients of the food they intend to serve me. My sliders and Leeds shirt were moved from the lounger I was laid on with out me noticing. After enquiring daily to see if they were handed in. They wasn’t. Very odd Lots of staff are new so patience sometimes required when waiting for drinks but I can’t fault this hotel and if the area wasn’t to quiet and lacking atmosphere I would return to this hotel To summarise I would say if you’ve booked here and read these reviews, take it from a well travelled hard to please man that this hotel was great. We paid 780 for 3 days and I’d say that was worth every penny given it included flights and all inclusive. Also staff kept coming in my room when I had do not disturb. Once while I was bolock naked on the bed
Wonderful relaxing stay
We have just returned home from a weeks stay. The hotel was wonderful... clean, everything within easy reach and lots of room at the pool. Our room was spotlessly clean and very modern. The staff were polite and the waiters in the main pool bar are an asset to the hotel. They made our stay to be honest. I can't complain about the food. Lots of choice and always very tasty. I would say they need to add a 'V' to the menu card so that its easier to identify what is vegetarian. Wasn't always obvious that meat was present. There were a lot of young families at the hotel but we didn't mind that. The little ones behaved better than some of their parents at times. The adult only tranquility pool offered a space for peace and quiet - apart from that time a group of Germans decided to turn it into a dive bombing pool party - but we won't go there!
