Welcome to the A10 Aparthotel Club del Sol Resort and Spa located near the beach just outside Puerto de Pollensa. At A10 Aparthotel Club del Sol Resort and Spa you will find fresh, spacious junior suites and apartments. The hotel also has a lovely garden with pool as well as restaurant and bars. For the youngest there is an international children's club, playroom and a large children's pool for adults alike, tennis court, spa and gym. If you want to make your holiday extra comfortable, we recommend one of the hotel's meal packages.

Beach and nature area, outside tourist area, with local and passing traffic. Trafficked road separates the hotel from a narrow gravel and rocky beach. About 2 kilometers to the finer sandy beach.

The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner. The hotel also has a poolside bar serving lunch and the rest of the day you can buy drinks and snacks and a lounge bar where you can have an evening drink.

Activities at the hotel take place throughout the day and evening. Nearby there is a water sports centre which offers both kite and windsurfing. The hotel's spa includes a sauna, steam sauna and a relaxation area, as well as a massage service.

Nice and fresh junior suites and one bedroom apartments. They all have a stylish interior.

Relaxed holiday but could be better

First of all its a lovely hotel all staff are over worked but do there best working long hours. Our room was clean but small no shower soap for 2 weeks and 1 bar of very thin handsoap that lasted a day. So we bought our own . 3 pools all lovely , alot of incidents around the large pool loose tiles ,children cut them selves on adults fell through the plastic around pool. MAINTANENCE were there within 5 min to fix but need looked at properly there was aound 5 imcidents since we were there. First aid box needs upgraded not just bandages in it.and no incident book . Pool towels change twice a week, .which is crazy. We went self catering and thank god , food was average , little shop sells crossants and we lived on them . We tried the breakfast and dinner odd days but it wasnt to out stamdard and not the best food. Little restuarant at side staff are lovely food below average chips burgers pizza club sandwich safe lol The entertainment staff are brilliant for the kids, adults boring everything shuts up 10.30 , bar opened to 12.30 the q is enormous for a drink its just pointless, you will not get drunk at this place i can assure you, no music nothing for adults after kids entertainment. Taxi takes forever best getting the bus. Nothing to do arund here at all. Good if u just want to chill and thats it. Have to travel to pollesa or alcudia if you want proper food. Again hats of to staff they work hard but if anything hotel is a 3. Could be so much more . The spa is amazing but need to be 18 as using the gym also. No need to get up early all sunbeds are available . Apart from that there is nothing to do at all gym spa sunbathe and q for a drink.

It’s hard to fault this place! Comfortable apartments, that are very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Beautiful grounds. A choice of lovely swimming pools. An animation team who really make an effort with their guests - there is something for everyone, especially the children. Excellent food in the buffet restaurant, both in terms of choice and quality. A team of staff who really do try so hard. Everyone was friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We asked for extra pillows, and they were there within 15 minutes. Our shower was slightly slow in draining and it was fixed within half an hour. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed. The views of Pollensa Bay are lovely. There is a bus stop right outside the apartments for busses to Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia as well as ample parking. If I had one gripe it would be the roughness of the tiles around the pool. They hurt our feet and were a bit uneven. This was a minor gripe though and maybe this will be rectified in the coming years. A really lovely family holiday, so much so, we’ve booked to stay again next year. Thank you Club del Sol!

Fantastic for families

We have just returned from a week stay at Club Del Sol with our 5 year old twins and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Upon arrival, we were met with a beautiful reception area and very pleasant staff. We checked in with no issues and were directed to our room. Our room was clean, bright and airy with a sea view which was a bonus! The next morning we went for breakfast in the restaurant and it did not disappoint. There was such a range of food and drinks to choose from; every kind of fruit juice going as well as hot drinks also. The food was exceptional and you could tell how fresh everything was and all items were topped up regularly by the dedicated staff. The hotel itself has 5 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. The outdoor pools are great as they have games and activities in the main pool area on afternoon on certain days, the splash pad is just a child's paradise and the pools at the rear of the hotel are perfect if you want a slightly quieter space. The hotel has an onsite supermarket which sells everything you could possibly need including giant inflatables for the pool, beach wear as well as general food and drink. The staff that run the shop are very friendly and seem fluent in a few different languages too. We didn't visit the gym and spa facilities but other guests informed us how good the facilities were. Staff at the hotel could not do more for you and this is applicable to all staff from the cleaning staff, waiting staff, front of house. Allison and Ana - Maria on Reception were absolute gems and always on hand to answer any questions we had. It is clear that the staff are very passionate about their roles at the hotel and work crazy long shifts but we were never met with anything but a friendly smile and hello despite other reviews stating otherwise. The hotel itself is located just over a mile outside of Puerto Pollensa but the benefit is that it is in between PP and Alcudia so you have the choice of going to either. You could walk to PP from the hotel but it was crazy hot when we went so we took the bus. There is a bus stop located right outside the hotel and taxis are never too far away. We heard that taxis can be hard to come by but we honestly had no issues whatsoever and the drivers were all friendly and the fares were more than reasonable. There is a little restaurant called The Hideaway which is located just behind the hotel which offers the most amazing food and although not affiliated with the hotel, gets a lot of custom from hotel guests. The guy that runs it along with his daughter is very friendly and the menu has something for everyone. The entertainment team at the hotel this summer were great and were fab at drumming up excitement from both kids and adults Our two went into Kids Club (free of charge to all guests of the hotel) and had a fab time. Both Irene and Charlotte were fab with smaller children and could not do enough for them and were very attentive. The evening entertainment was fantastic and there was something different each night. There is a mini disco every night which is fab for tiring out younger kids and then there are quite often shows on after. We saw a reptile show, a parrot show as well as a circus act. The entertainment team are again on hand to drum up interest from guests and go around making sure everyone is having a good time. All in all, a fantastic holiday made all the better by having such a good hotel to stay at.
