A short walk from the beach on the Bay of Palma, Bg Pamplona is a family-friendly hotel on the Spanish island of Majorca. Set across two buildings and seven floors, the hotel is built in a contemporary style with whitewashed exteriors and wooden features. Wi-Fi is available throughout the public areas. Can Pastilla town centre is within walking distance of the hotel, and here you'll find shops, bars, restaurants and other nightlife venues. Family focused entertainment, such as an amusement park, is also a short walk from the hotel. There's an outdoor pool where you can sit back and relax. It has a shallower area where the kids can play. If you prefer, there's an indoor heated pool that's open during the cooler months, so can take a dip all season. When you're feeling hungry, you can head to Bg Pamplona's buffet restaurant. Drinks are available at both a poolside bar or the hotel's indoor lounge bar. Nice hotel!!!

I can say this hotel is very nice, clean, well maintened and with amazing personal! It is on really nice place not far away from the sea. Very good breakfasts and perfect dinners! Some music program everyday. In area a lot of restaurants and bars. Some shops as well.

A trip to hell and back

We decided to travel to Mallorca to escape the boring daily routine and booked a room in this hotel hoping for a nice and cozy romantic getaway. Boy, were we in for a surprise... Where do I start? Our first impression of the receptionist was really bad. The middle aged old woman was rude, uninterested in helping and could barely speak english. After about 15 min, we finally got our room, located on the floor and next to the pool. You could literally listen to the bar music from your bed. Not that it really mattered because you wouldn't want to stay inside anyway. The bedsheets were dirty and smelly and the toilet reeked of urine. We complained of course, but only got offered to change rooms at an extra 900€. Ridiculous! For that price we could simply walk away book a room in any other hotel. Unfortunately, the food was boring, unispired and bad tasting, The pool was good though! But why would you want to use it if you have the ocean just at the corner of the street? I have never seen something like this! I feel robbed of my time and money and hope to never have to deal with this kind of establishments ever again. After 3 days we decided this was not worth it and to salvage whatever was left of your "romantic getaway" we decided to just accept our loss, leave and pay extra on a nearby hotel. Maybe we were just really unlucky, but we will certainly never come back. Whatever they might tell you, no this is not a 4 star hotel. In my student years I used to spend the night in cheap motels and 2 star hotels and this one is comparable.

Here’s the best staff, everyone is so kind and welcoming. Tania, Jorge, Eduardo are professionals who are always here for you, smiling, carrying and making your visit so comfortable. One of the hotel’s slogans is “we don’t remember days, we remember moments”. Well, this crew has helped me to make new nice moments to remember! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
