Zafiro Palmanova can be found between the resorts of Palma Nova and Magaluf on the south west coast of the Spanish island of Majorca. It's a short stroll from the nearest beach, and the hotel has three bars and a buffet restaurant. There's also a gym, a sauna and a spa, where massages and a Turkish bath can be booked. There's Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Zafiro Palmanova has a number of swimming pools to choose from. There's an outdoor pool, a chill-out pool for adults, a separate kids' pool, and two indoor pools in the spa. There are also five swim-up pools for guests staying in the swim-up apartments. The hotel organises a variety of activities, which include water sports such as jet ski rides. There's also a hotel-run kids' club for younger guests. The hotel is conveniently placed for those who want to explore the surrounding towns, while the quieter resorts of Sa Porrassa and Calvi· are also within driving distance. There's plenty to see and do in the local area, with water parks and amusements, as well as lots of souvenir shops, bars and restaurants in the neighbouring resorts. Keen golfers can tee off at a course nearby.

Viva Palma Nova is walking distance of the popular resorts of Palma Nova and Magaluf, with the nearest beach at Palma Nova a 200m walk away. Torrenova is a quieter resort, also near to the hotel, and here you will find the Son Matias beach, along with shops, bars and restaurants, which serve English, Mediterranean and international cuisine. The island's capital, Palma, is within driving distance of the hotel, and the bus network offers connections from Palma Nova as well as stops at laid-back resorts such as Santa Ponsa, Son Ferrer and Paguera. There's a theme park nearby to keep younger visitors entertained.

One of the three bars on site offers a lunchtime menu, including light meals, and all three offer soft and alcoholic drinks. The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and has outdoor seating. Sandwiches, ice cream and coffee are available throughout the day.

Guests at Zafiro Palmanova & Spa can enjoy a wide variety of sports and entertainment, including live performances by the Viva Flying Team.

This hotel is amazing a perfect luxury stay for both family’s and couples. Me my wife and my two kids (8+12) all went to this brilliant resort and have already been looking to book again for next years summer. When we walked into reception, we told the receptionists that we had booked a standard family room, but they kindly offered to let us upgrade to a family room with a swim up suite ! They told us that we could upgrade to a swim up because they had a special offer on and they knew we had visited a different Zafiro hotel in Menorca. I highly recommend or trying to get a swim up! The rooms are brilliant and clean nice and spacious and very comfy beds. There is a big pool with a tall doam thingy in it that the kids can enjoy and bounce off! There is a pirate ships with decently sized water slides coming of it (the highlight for my youngest child ) There was also 2 other main pools that were also big and it held aqua aerobics on an allocated time table Brilliant stay!!! Highly recommend it!!! Phenomenal!!! Definitely 5*!!! Loved it!!!

Spent 5 days at the hotel last week for my wife's 50th Birthday. We really enjoyed our time, the staff where very friendly and nothing was a problem. Even though it was the end of the summer season overall it was excellent.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Think we were the last guests of the season and nothing was too much trouble. We had our room right until our taxi came even though the staff were all finished and enjoying their fund of season party.
