Myself, my husband and our 2 year old stayed here for a week at the end of August 2022. We were very open minded after reading the reviews, however, the saying you get what you pay for is very true. The main reception area/entrance lobby is spacious but quite dark. Could do with a refresh. When we arrived it was night time - we sat by the pool bar and saw a rat run across!! The next night we saw the same thing!! The lifts take forever. We spent the whole week carrying a pushchair up and down the stairs! The steps down to the restaurant from reception need fixing, there are chunks missing and there’s cracks. Not the safest for a toddler to walk down. There are ALOT of wasps! I’d say there are more around the kids splash pool than the main pool. They also hover around the bar area, drinks machine, bins everywhere…. The kids splash pool is very noisy, they have the music so loud and my little girl found it quite overwhelming. We spent the majority of our time in the main pool attached to the hotel. You have to keep your cup for your whole stay, which isn’t ideal, probably why there’s so many wasps! The free bus to the beach isn’t worth the wait! We queued twice for the bus, probably 30 minutes a time and other people were pushing in front and didn’t care there was a queue. The driver didn’t seem to stop them. So we gave up! The rooms were clean and spacious. I did ask reception for an extra pillow and was told no! The food was good. We’re used to all inclusive food and this wasn’t the worst we’ve had. It was a bit repetitive but there was always something for us and a fussy 2 year old to eat. The restaurant did get very busy, maybe the time of year we went, and we spent a little while walking around a couple of nights waiting for a table. I can’t comment on the entertainment as we only watched it once, there wasn’t every any tables left by the time we’d finished eating. We walked into Callas De Mallorca a couple of nights, and also got a taxi to Cala D’or - Cala D’or is amazing! Highly recommend! Overall I’d say this hotel is a very low 3 star. I personally would not stay here again or would I recommend it to anyone.

Honeymoon

We went for our honeymoon in October and it was fantastic the food was great catered for everyone the room was great with amazing views we are planning to go back in May me and my nephew for my late stag do lol the staff were amazing and funny can't wait to go in May

We enjoyed a couples trip to canarios park in September 22. The hotel facilities were good and the staff were all attentive, helpful and friendly, and the hotel was near a beautiful beach with calm waves. However be warned you will be ill if you eat or drink at this hotel. We were a party of 4 and each of us were violently ill during our stay. We spent 2/5 days of this trip in the room being violently sick and having violent diharea. It was a horrific experience! We met a family at the pool who warned us of a sickness bug on our first day as the cups used for all inclusive drinks are only rinsed out and not washed properly before drink refills, we thought we would be ok but we were so wrong! This is the illest we have all ever been and for that reason we would never risk staying here again! Be warned you will be ill!
