The Alcudia Garden Apartments has a beautiful and leafy garden surrounding the inviting pool area. The hotel consists of four buildings and is close to both the beautiful beach and the center of Alcudia. Here you live in a child-friendly environment and can choose whether to stay in a room or apartment. Alcudia Garden Apartments offers a wide range of activities for the adults and for the youngest there is an international children's club.

Tourist area with trough traffic. The main road between the hotel and the beach and the hotel entertainment (to 12.00 am) can be disturbing in some apartments.

The hotel has a buffet restaurant, one combined ala carte restaurant/pizzeria and two bars.

The hotels own staff arrange entertainment several times a week as well as activites daytime like aerobics, gymnastics, dart, volley ball, cycling and horse riding. The hotel also have an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Some activities like sauna and jacuzzi is included with All Inclusive.

We are returning customers and they do not disappoint! In fact, We have already booked to go again year this. When we went before it was a straight 5 stars from us however in September we encountered a problem. There was a barman called Jose that was repeatedly rude to us throughout our stay, for absolutely no reason. He seemed to be lovely to everyone else, creating conversation, laughing. But when we asked for a drink we gave us dirty looks and spoke about as to the other barmen in Spanish. (We know because my friend speaks Spanish). At any meal service, Jose would not clear our table until we left even after sitting there for a good 15 minutes other finishing eating. The other bar staff were friendly, polite and gave the type of service your supposed to when you've paid to be somewhere. Overall we had a lovely time and like have said we already booked to go again. However, I hope not to be met with this rudeness

Fantastic Hotel, Highly Recommend

We stayed for 7 days and the truth is we didn't want to leave Without doubt the staff at this hotel are fantastic, all polite and willing to go the extra mile. They have a fantastic animation team and schedule. Shout outs to Rowie, Joaqiun (good luck Uruguay :) and Natalina. My son Dylan experienced (for the first time) some of the fantastic classes on offer; Archery, Rifle and Pistol Shooting. (Word of advice, bring some mozzie spray with you to these) for the many holidays we've been on I've found they were stand out from any team I've encountered at other hotels (after a very long season) I don't know how well they are paid but all of the staff (I hope) are looked after as they deserve it. Halloween, WOW... This hotel went far and beyond anything I'd seen before. They had this fantastic HORROR tunnel they erected throughout the whole lower level (approx 5/6 rooms) the decorations around the hotel too (Bravo) The bar staff too, I didn't catch all the names but Leo (I believe another Uruguayan) was a lovely chap, loves his football. The lifeguard gave me some awesome concoction to help with my mosquito bites which massively helped... A lovely (training?) manageress to be in Manuela too, a lovely lassy who I'm sure will go far in her road of hospitality The reception staff were very good to us, we had an initial issue with the TV (sorted within an hour) my wife mistakenly double booked a taxi, no issue for these guys... Those that look to stay during the latter part of October I'd strongly urge you to go 'All Inclusive' as it's at the end of the season many establishments around Alcudia are closed and we only found one or two restaurants I'd want my family to visit again. Clean rooms with very polite cleaners who work tirelessly (I hope they are well paid) The food at the hotel was fantastic, another reason why I'd insist on all inclusive (or full board) everything on display to choose from with endless variety We would have liked a pool side view, if we come again we will insist on this Pros: Very close to the beach Handy electric scooter bay outside hotel Walking distance to many shops The only cons we have are minor and only suggestive for our own likings: Kettle (upon request) Toaster (upon request) A better pool table we are avid players and the one outside which is well used needs replacing (maybe get a decent indoor one) The first hotel I've ever visited abroad without a tennis court? BAD EXPERIENCE Gardens Hotel Alcudia BAD EXPERIENCE

We stayed here for one night from Wednesday the 26th oct 2022 to Thursday the 27th oct 2022 , using this hotel as the last one of six hotels we had booked whilst touring Mallorca for one week during the oct half term hols, as my wife is a school teacher here in the UK. As said above this was to be the last hotel before leaving Mallorca and heading back to the UK. Our original intention was to pay the extra 35 euros for a late check out, and we were told by the male receptionist that this could only be done from 7am on the last day of our stay (hence the next morning). Our initial perception of our room number 5203 was very good and we were well impressed, however there was a slight odour of what can only be described as sewage. Upon arrival we noticed that the balcony door had been left open, along with the bathroom window, and we just presumed that this smell was coming from outside as there were about 4 or 5 horses and carriages waiting by the pavement just below our room, and we had walked passed these on our way to the hotel and the smell of the horse muck outside was quite strong. As the weather was really good for the time of year with temperatures reaching 26 to 29 degrees C we left the door and window as we found them to hopefully keep the room cool, and only closed them just before going to bed at approx 11pm . However during the night approx 2 to 3 am I woketo find that this smell was getting worse, and appeared to be coming from the sink, the shower drain, toilet and kitchen sink within our appartment (so basically all the drainage points). I then opened the bedroom window and closed the bedroom door. This at least then allowed the bedroom access to some fresh air. In the morning though approx 9 am on attempting to enter the living room area, the smell had now developed to an absolutely unbearable stench of raw sewage, rendering the bathroom unusable and the living room barely usable, to the point were we had to open the doors both front and balcony, and have breakfast outside on the balcony. After breakfast we headed down to reception to report this and to hopefully extend our stay with a late check out, which would have allowed us to explore more of Port Alcudia. Low and behold the receptionist was the same guy who had checked us in. This time he is not being so helpfull. Our complaint was very polite and described things exactly as they had happend, only the receptionist had the attitude that it was our last day, so what was the relevance? when we had used the room for the night, and that we should have complained when we first arrived. Well sorry but the problem only developed during the night and only showed itself be be as severe as it was when we opened the bedroom door approx 9am in the morning. He was so un helpfull and un sympathetic to our problem that we just left and took a taxi back to S,illot where we still had a room booked for the whole duration of our holiday (A journey that we were not intending on making until later on that day) So inevitably this experience meant we did not get to see or explore much of Alcudia, and ruined the end of our holiday. .
