Perfect party hotel , great value location

I went to this hotel far too long ago to mention but went this year after the referb. We had an amazing time . Location is amazing , rooms a comfortable and the pool area is great . The food for what I paid was excellent and I would definitely go back again . Staff were friendly and helpful . Only one thing is there is a real problem with the door locks , you think the door is shut but it isn’t so if you wake up with a stranger in your room , you may of not closed your door properly .

An okay stay but wouldn’t stay again. Location is good and we were very aware that it is a “party hotel” because of location and wasn’t expecting great things but still a little disappointed. Food was okay, nothing special, quite a lot of variety to choose from, it’s a buffet style all you can eat so even if it’s just chips there is something for everyone. The room wasn’t cleaned once the whole time we were there and we had to ask for clean towels when we wanted them as none were brought, same with toilet roll. The all inclusive drinks only apply to the outside bar not the inside (it was raining on a couple of days so had to go and que outside in the rain to get our drinks) Both bars shut at 11. As soon as it turns 11 you have to leave the bar you are in, not even allowed to finish our drink inside, had to go to our room to finish them or out on the street. There’s also a charge for a cup which is €2 each which you pay on check in, when you give your cup back you get the money back, we were told it was to do with wasting plastic, which is understandable but something to be aware of, especially if you’re having to leave the hotel with your drink when the bar shuts, means you’ll have to carry your cup with you all night or pay €2 the next day when you want a drink. We got a good last minute deal which included flights and booked with a 3rd party, however, if you look now for next year at the prices this hotel is charging if you booked directly, it is absolutely not worth the money. Most staff are friendly and if we needed to approach for anything were happy to help

Notice popped up in the lift the day before we were due to check out saying that the hotel was closing for the whole season (even though the season is not over for a few weeks) at 11 - no information was given to us upon check in by management - the notice just happened to appear in the lift. The common areas/ corridors were utterly filthy. Whether this was because the hotel was ‘closing for the season’ - but no cleaning was taking place across any floors or throughout the lobby/ reception areas. We purchased All inclusive but made to purchase tokens at a cost to acquire plastic cups to obtain drinks? If we didn’t hand the cups back on exchange for the token that was taken away from us, it was €2 every time for more tokens - not sure for what purpose as everyone with all inclusive has wrist bands. Cleaning of the rooms was simply a maid swapping out the towels and handing us a bin bag and a toilet roll - no one physically came in our room the entire 4 days to clean. Food was cold and average. Staff rude and unhelpful. Only decent thing about this hotel is the location. Would not recommend anything else.
