Great hotel. Very clean, outstanding location, right in the center and you can reach most of the attractions by walking . Kind staff. I got a room with a big bath and it was really nice. Good breakfast but quite basic. The hotel greatly contributed to my enjoyment of the trip and I will definitely return again.

Great hotel. Nice and clean. The service is very good. The hotel is in the center of the city. Close to every impotence place. Near st. Stephen place. The breakfast is good and the waitresses are very kind and polite. I will back to the hotel and recommend it to anyone.

We finished touring Central Europe and I must say that hotel kaiserin is mine and my husband’s favorite hotel that we have stayed in. The hotel kaiserin is a classic representation of a true Viennese hotel. We love the design and furnishings. The staff were awesome. They were friendly and helpful and professional. I can’t comment on the breakfast as we did not eat at the hotel. But given our overall experience, I’m sure the breakfast was also top notch. Also the location can’t be beat. You are literally in the center of everything. This is not an exaggeration. You truly are. But yet, you don’t hear a thing. It’s so quiet and peaceful even though there was Christmas markets going on- which was the sole purpose of this trip. The hotel is very clean. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. My husband and I didn’t want to leave and go to our other destinations:). For the duration of our trip, we stayed in five different hotels and we both agree that this hotel takes the cake, so to speak. We truly loved hotel kaiserin and will definitely stay here given a chance to go back to Vienna. Choose this hotel and you will not have any regrets. One last thing, I’m not sure if they had a restaurant, I don’t think they did. But, there are countless restaurants right outside your door. Once again, awesome, great hotel!!!
