What is your price match guarantee?
At Thomas Cook we want to ensure you are getting the best deal. However, instances may occur where you find the same deal for less elsewhere. If this is the case, you will be entitled to a refund of the difference within 24 hours of booking. In order for us to refund you, you will also need to meet the criteria of our price match guarantee terms and conditions.
How do I qualify for the price match guarantee criteria?
Our price match guarantee applies to flight and hotel bookings only. However, these will need to be available on the competitor’s website, should be compared with the competitor’s website to determine whether the price is accurate and display the following identical criteria -
Booking method (call centre/online), party size, dates, duration, flight (including airline, times, numbers and in-flight extras), booking extras (transfers and excursions), hotel (including number of rooms, type and board basis) and cancellation terms (non-refundable/ refundable rooms)
