What if I'm on holiday and need support?

How do I make a complaint when I'm back from holiday?
First of all, we would like to sincerely apologise if you are unhappy about some aspect of your holiday. In order for us to address your complaint, we ask that you email us in as much detail as possible, this should include your Thomas Cook booking reference, departure date and lead name on the booking along with any supplementary information. This will then be passed onto one of your service providers. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we endeavour to reply to you in full within 28 days.
